Challenges<\/b>Cantilevers & Spans: Achieving large cantilevers and column-free spaces without compromising performance Integration with Architecture: Structural framing had to remain hidden or minimal to preserve clean architectural lines<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Our Solutions<\/b>Custom Steel Framing: Integrated concealed steel moment frames to support large open spaces and overhangs Lightweight Concrete Decks: Used lightweight concrete over metal decking to reduce structural load Advanced Modeling: Employed 3D structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE) to coordinate closely with
